"My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We flew in town for a wedding. The rooms was dirty when we walked in. We asked several times for the room to be cleaned. We put our room number in a list to have the room cleaned. Never did the guy sweep the floor or change towels or linen. We travel a lot! I will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again. We are done!!!!"

"When i arrived they had canceled my reservation. The credit card on file the date had expired. When i reserved the room they never gave me a chance to update the expiration date. Because i had oxed on line there was no number for them to call me to get the new date. Then they were trying to give me a room for 80.00 dollars more. The girl at the front desk called a manager and then they were able to honor the price from online. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. "
